One-Lever MT Polishing Fixtures
Seikoh Giken's One-lever Action MT holder brings operation simplicity and more efficiency to loading and unloading an MT ferrule before and after polishing. The MT ferrule can be installed without torque wrench; only the one lever action to install and release MT ferrule. One-lever action MT holder is designed to take advantage of Seikoh Giken's new polishing machines the SFP-560A series. Optical Performance meets and/or exceeds industry specifications for ferrule and fiber geometry. Combined use of the One-lever Action MT holder and the SFP-560A's Dynamic Pressure Control (DPC) continues the legacy of SFP series polishers to set industry standard benchmark for superior results while providing maximum yields for today's high-output production facilities.

I.P.C. (independent Pressure Control) Polishing Fixtures
Seikoh Giken’s patented Independent Pressure Control (I.P.C.) polisher fixture technology continues to set the industry standard benchmark for superior results and maximum yield for today’s high-output production facilities. Each ferrule independently floats in the fixture making the polishing pressure even across all axis during polishing. This results in an unrivaled, even distribution of polishing results to maximize throughput and increase first pass yields. I.P.C. technology has been the leading solution in the market for over two decades with a proven track record and high capacity. I.P.C. is most suitable for simplex and duplex connectors including LC, SC, ST, FC, MU, and SMA connectors or for bare 2.5mm and 1.25mm ferrules. We offer solutions for UPC, APC, and flat polishing.

Pin Termini Fixtures for Harsh Environment
Designed for use with the SPF-560A Polisher Series with Dynamic Pressure Control. This technology makes the SFP-560A polisher even more affordable by reducing the cost of unnecessary polishing fixtures for various termini with different diameters and ferrule length. For 1.0mm up to 2.5mm diameter ferrules and lengths of 4.0mm and beyond. Ferrules with a length of over 6.5mm can be set using a Precision Setting Jig with no upper limit on length. Choose the appropriate Cable Management Fixture for your application.
