Repair Services, Calibrations & Spare Parts

Repair Service

We specialize in technical servicing and repairing equipment manufactured by Data-Pixel, Seikoh Giken and Connected Fibers. We are the Authorized North American Service Center for all Data-Pixel products including interferometers, visual microscopes, concentricity and PM measurement systems. We are authorized to provide warranty and non-warranty repairs. We also provide factory service on all of our 1Cure series of ovens and dispensers including warranty and non-warranty service. For Seikoh Giken we can perform technical servicing and repair with our own 90 day warranty on parts and labor. Some equipment may require factory servicing. Calibration

Connected Fibers performs non-factory required calibrations on Data-Pixel, Seikoh Giken and Connected Fibers products. For Data-Pixel we use traceable artifacts from METAS and also perform preventative maintenance and cleaning service equipment when in for calibration. We do factory calibrations on all 1Cure ovens using a calibrated NIST Tracable thermocouple. We can also supply our customers with a variety of Reference Connectors and Traceable Artifacts for Calibration and Validation of measurement. We perform factory recommended calibration checks on Seikoh Giken. For questions about calibration services or frequency please contact us.

Spare Parts

For non-factory critical repairs we can supply a variety of spare replacement parts for Data-Pixel, Seikoh Giken and Connected Fibers products. Parts may include replacement flanges, adaptors, motors, power supplies, polisher grease and most items needed to maintain your own equipment. For questions about spare parts please contact us.
