1Cure-VI™

The 1Cure-VI has been designed using the latest PID microprocessor technology combined with a highly intuitive programmable interface.  The new innovative design and engineering results in a fiber optic curing oven with extremely stable and uniform temperature across all heating blocks. Unlike typical analog ovens that have a drift in temperature of ± 15°C, the 1Cure-VS maintains a stable temperature within +/- 0.2°C allowing you to have control of your process. The universal block accepts all standard, single-fiber, connector types making this oven a flexible solution for many applications.

Using the recently introduced curing cassettes this oven is very flexible and can cure standard simplex connectors as well as the recent trend in compact duplex 1.25mm connectors designed for the 400G market.

The ramp/soak feature for step curing is ideal for large core fiber applications and military curing profiles.

Curing Blocks are Sold Separately.  We offer a variety of choices for universal blocks for 2.5mm and 1.25mm ferrules (LC, SC, FC, MU, ST) and others such as Mil/Aero Termini and SMA.  Our blocks are Made in the USA and made of high quality metal composition that holds temperature evenly and provides a very good thermal mass to keep temperatures stable.

Additional retainer bars can be purchased separately.  The heavy base allows for the stable and rigid handling of even heavier cables.  This freestanding cable arm is designed for the base to fit underneath any AccuCure and 1Cure oven and allow for easy routing of cables.
